This is a place to vent, have someone to listen, look at personal goals and gain direction. There is no diagnosing, no dealing with insurances or co-pays.

How much does Quick Self Help cost?

Quick self-help costs much less than therapy. It is cost-effective and professional.

30-minute sessions are $50.00 USD

45-minute sessions are $80.00 USD

How does Quick Self Help work?

Contact me to set up your initial free consultation which takes about 10-15 minutes. I can video chat, call or even email you more information. Once you decide to start you will sign content forms and we can set up a video call. I see clients usually weekly or bi-weekly (or monthly) for 30-minute to 45-minute time slots.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Zelle bank transfer, Venmo, or credit card. Credit card transactions come with a $2.50 extra charge to run your card. For overseas clients, there is a Pay Pal option available with a $13 extra charge b/c PayPal charges this.
