Quick Self Help
It’s not therapy.
Why Quick Self Help?
I started Quick Self Help because I wanted to connect with people anywhere in the world. Many people are lonely, stressed, unable to receive mental health help, and would like someone to talk to. I like to think of Quick Self Help as talking to a friend.
It’s Not Therapy
So what is it?
Quick Self Help is for those who want to speak to a professional without doing traditional therapy. It’s a space to work on personal, professional, and passion goals. We will set personal goals and break down barriers and learn how to embrace yourself more.
Why should you do it?
It’s cost-effective and much cheaper than traditional therapy. Unlike therapy, there is no diagnosis and no dealing with insurances or co-pays. We will collaborate on goals, typically dealing with life stress, change of life, moving, living overseas, relationships, money, self-esteem, identity, starting your own business, or pretty much anything you want to talk about. The main caveat is people who need therapy services cannot use Quick Self Help. To see if you can benefit from this please reach out for a free consultation.

Who can benefit?
Expats. Nomads. Anyone.
People who love to travel and stay on the move. If you work in multiple US states, in remote locations, or Internationally it can be difficult to find appropriate professional help.
Sometimes all you need is someone to talk to, a safe place to vent and let out your frustrations. Sometimes traditional talk therapy might not be an option, or many people don’t want or need therapy but they still want to get expert help.
