I use evidence-based therapeutic and creative processes including solution-focused therapy, compassion-focused therapy, humanistic and person-centered. I use DBT and CBT, often providing worksheets to clients to utilize. Additionally, I receive ongoing training in working with transgender, nonbinary, and gender-nonconforming individuals.
Formal Education:
I hold a master’s degree in Educational and Clinical Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. I am a Licenced Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and I hold a Pupil Personnel Services credential for education.
